Tasting of three glasses of wine of your choice, straight from the barrel, accompanied by breadsticks.
(Recommended for those who want to purchase our fine wine but aren’t sure which one to choose!).

• Visit to the vineyard and cellar

• Hazelnuts of our production, accompanied by Nebbiolo Chinato

What’s included :

– Welcome with a tasting of our  Lunetta Soprana  Spumante Extra Dry, accompanied by a platter of cold cuts

– Visit to the vineyard and cellar

– Tasting of 2 white wines directly from the barrels

– Tableside tasting of two bottles of your choice, accompanied by salami, cheese with honey, Cugnà di Nebbiolo, and our hazelnuts.

– a slice of  Nebbiolo Chinato  Famija paired with our Hazelnut Cream.

“MIX TAJARIN ” EXPERIENCE

Cost: €45 per person

What’s included :

We’ll begin in our farmhouse kitchen, furnished with a traditional wood-burning stove ( putagè ), where we’ll prepare TAJARIN with Simona! The quintessential pasta of the Langhe and Roero region. We’ll start with the dough and end with a tasting! We’ll provide all the ingredients and aprons.
Afterward, you’ll tour our wine cellar and taste three of our wines of your choice. All accompanied by a platter of local salami and cheese, and Roero honey and hazelnuts.
