THE EXPERIENCE:
We’ll begin in our farmhouse kitchen, furnished with a traditional wood-burning stove, called a putagè, and together with Simona, we’ll prepare TAJARIN! The quintessential pasta of the Langhe and Roero region. We’ll begin with the dough and end with a tasting! We’ll provide all the ingredients and aprons.
Afterward, you’ll tour our winery and taste the wines produced exclusively with our own grapes, grown without the use of herbicides. All this will be accompanied by a platter of local salami and cheese, and honey and hazelnuts from the Roero region.
